The Pavilion Conference Centre has become the regular venue for many annual exhibitions and corporate events. Surrounded by some of Cape Town's most popular hotels, including The Cape Grace and The Table Bay, The Pavilion Conference Centre is able to host international conferences in Cape Town whilst delegates are accommodated in hotels within walking distance.

The Pavilion offers five versatile conference rooms, a 300 seater auditorium, cuisine tailored to each group's specific needs, and an exhibition area which adds superb value to this Cape Town Conference Centre by affording clients the use of the high-tech environment for cocktail parties and launches.

The Pavilion Conference Centre embodies style and sophistication. Whether you have a board meeting to plan or are hosting a large seminar, the 5 superbly designed conference rooms comfortably accommodate delegates in various seating configurations and a range of conference packages are available.

The Pavilion Room

Our flagship Pavilion Room boasts breathtaking views of the Atlantic, which never fail to impress. It has a large balcony all along the western see-facing perimeter and is suitable for events ranging from formal corporate presentations and workshops to weddings. Three phase power, electric curtains, individual controlled, dimmable banks of lights and basic audio visual equipment are all part of the package. Outside the room is a large foyer area suitable for erecting displays, registration areas and service points for catering. The awesome Pavilion Room is one of the most sought after rooms in Cape Town.

The Millennium Room

Three fourths of the Millenniums perimeter is glass. Natural light can be blocked out by thick drapes, or they can be opened to create a fish bowl feel. A Mountain facing balcony accessible through large sliding doors enables delegates to enjoy break time refreshments "Al Fresco" should they prefer. The L - shape of the room provide an area suitable for displays and branding opportunities.

Room 3 - Boardroom

A glass boardroom table with designer furnishings and a magnificent view. The room offers access to a sea-facing balcony and is suitable for board meetings and small dinner parties. The room is very popular amongst film production companies for still shoots and is bound to impress any clients you which to entertain.

Rooms 5 and 7

Inter leading rooms with a soundproof partitioning. Open onto a large sea-facing balcony almost as large as the rooms themselves, so providing a magnificent entertainment area. Blinds can be used to block out the sharp light from the beautiful Table Bay sunsets.

Exhibitions At The Pavillion

Exhibitions at The Pavilion Conference Centre - The Pavilion Conference Centre provides a sophisticated and flexible platform for exhibitions with floor space for up to 50 shell schemes (size depending) spread over the ground and 1st floors. An added benefit for organisers and delegates is the stunning Atlantic Deck which extends out from the Ground Floor that can be used for breaks and the 300 seater auditorium that can be used for presentations during an exhibit.

The entire Pavilion is a wireless hotspot and boasts a fully fledged business centre. In-house audi-visual equipment and support is available.

WIFI hotspot technology

What is WiFi? Web surfing, picking up emails and download files much faster than with dial-up connections. No cables are needed. Data transfer takes place through a wireless connection, by far the most efficient way to connect your laptop or PDA to the Internet.

Big events with large numbers of guests and open bars might require additional security personal (cost on application). The Pavilion provides two guards as standard practice. With events requiring extensive lighting and sound set-ups it might be advisable to have our in house electrician on standby (cost on application).
